Welcome to clinical supervision & consultation! My role is to facilitate the development of your “professional counselor” identity & competency as a therapist dealing with various types of mental health issues.
Supervision will include (but not limited to):
- Create, facilitate, & establish a professional relationship
- Assist in conceptualizing & exploring individual cases
- Teach differential diagnosis
- Guide counseling techniques & application of theoretical orientation
- Review case notes & documentation
- Model, review, & practice ethical & professional conduct
- Provide ongoing feedback
- Evaluate
