During this difficult time or transitional phase in your life, my mission is to provide you with a safe environment to openly talk about issues and give emotional support and guidance. This provides me with a chance to better understand your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. I believe our therapeutic relationship is the catalyst for healing, improving your resiliency, making better choices, and helping to promote conscious living. These are important factors to create effective and meaningful counseling.

I have provided psychotherapy and assessment in varied clinical settings on the east and west coasts and have been a licensed psychotherapist in Maryland since 2003. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Seattle University, my Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Towson University and my post-graduate work towards licensure at Towson and Johns Hopkins Universities.

My work includes a broad range of experiences such as crisis intervention and developing the Victim Advocacy program for the US Marine Corps at Camp Pendleton to clinical experience in non-profit and private practice settings. In 2009, I completed my credential collaborative practice training through MICPEL. In 2013, I completed my credential clinical supervision training through LCPCM.

I offer and specialize in marriage, family and couples counseling, as well as depression and anxiety therapy. I’m here to help you better understand the power held within yourself and help you become the best version of yourself.

I invite you to contact me to make an appointment or if you have any questions about my services. I look forward to us working together.
